Members Contessa Donatella
She just barely resembles & the locale doesn't resemble AT ALL. The level of suspension of disbelief required is large. Edited January 28 by Contessa Donatella
Members Gray Bunny
If we don't get Uncle Lou, his niece Sarah that had a thing for Mark Valley's Jack, the parrot man, and the pub, it's not Aremid. At all. Cruise of Deception, oy, they'd film it in someone's bathtub.
Members Bright Eyes
All these mangia cake Caucasians butchering the pronunciation of nonno makes me want to die, as did the embarrassing moment when Paulina mentioned she used to hook up with 50 Cent. No. Absolutely not. Looking on the brightside, TPTB could have easily had Javi bring Leo along, so small mercies and all that. Members Contessa Donatella
Well, we look like we're in a random storeroom now!
Members j swift
Now that Javi knows Leo fenced Alice's necklace, I keep going back to my question from last week. Javi and Kerry really cared for each other. They seem well suited, and his family liked him. So, why is his job as LadyWhistleblower an offense worth breaking up over, while Leo selling Alice's necklace gets a pass? Selling a stolen family heirloom seems much worse, considering Javi came to Salem coveting the heirloom that his mother left Rafe in her will. Is it just me, or does Arnold seem to leave his brows natural, unlike Rafe who dyes them with black shoe polish? Also, I wonder if they only have to pay the actor twice for playing two character if they both appear on-screen? Maybe that's why we've only seen Arnold and Rafe together once? Members Soapsuds
Hadn't watched since last Monday. I skipped to yesterday's episode. Fast forwarded all the Leo and Javi scenes. The best part was Doug and Holly. I see more chemistry with them than with Holly and Tate. Today's show was just awful. I couldn't finish it. It was that bad. I stopped watching 15 minutes into it.
Members Contessa Donatella
So, I persist in hating everything Body & Soul. Not a shocker, I know. I also hate all things Leo Stark, again not even news but now Javi is pulled into that vortex. I have always loved Little Rachel, demon spawn of the combination of Kristen & Brady's worst parts, combined. But, she's not been fun in this story - at all. Big Rachel? Who could like that? She's awful! And, I don't want to harp on it, but the set just looks like a random storeroom. Aremid? The Woman in White? Really? Where? Cause I am neither seeing it nor feeling it. It's as if the craptastic quality of B&S has spread to the other scenes in the show!!!
Members ranger1rg
It really is an embarrassing throwback. A question: Does Ava think her mother is dead? If not, why didn't she and Brady ask Rachel if they saw her -- or anyone -- at Aremid? (Yeah, I know -- they're terrible parents).
Members janea4old
^ I assume you meant "Does Kristen think her mother is dead?" (not Ava). Yes it was established decades ago that Rachel Blake died in the tunnels in Paris.
Members Taoboi
Lol. I believe it. I remember Aremid back in the day. No way they can pull that off on their current budget.
Members ranger1rg
Yeah, I did mean Kristen. Thanks for the correction and the info.

It does take some getting used to Please register in order to view this content Probably the same reason why he got a pass for the constant sexual harassment and assault. Agreed. And Tate has more chemistry with Sophia
Members Contessa Donatella
JUST SO!!!! The creation of the NuAremid "set" if we're going to call it what it's not would appear to be something clever 4th graders could come up with, with only cardboard & some unmatched bed sheets. THAT'S IT, it's like kids creating a "fort" out of sheets & the dining room table. Are we gonna have s'mores later?
