I'm of two minds on this issue.  Because while I think anyone would stare at Casey Moss if he was walking around in his drawers, there's something unempowering about gay characters always wanting what they cannot have.

Javi's young and cute.  He's got options other than the dude who just boffed his cousin.

Casey Moss is sex on a stick. He looked really good today. I can see why Javi jaw dropped to the floor.

Count me in as a fan of Carson.  I think he's a charming and likable presence.

However, much like Alex, I'm not certain the accent fits the character's background.

What thought process did Carlivati go through to land on Johnny's "cheating" actually stopping before sex?

It's all soooooo low stakes, and I just don't get it. When you give Paulina the lines to show what we're all thinking, just what are you doing? The reveal was bad, but it makes everything we've seen to this point even more ridiculous.

It almost seemed out of character for Paulina.

I can't figure out why there is so much Javi hate. I think he's pretty awesome and I look forward to learning more about the character. Al Calderon is a cutie for sure.

Is that what's going on? They're wearing Calvins inside out? Surely there must be a no-name brand that they can wear correctly. It's not like it's that big of a deal (the guys are still hot), but that does explain the off feeling I get whenever I watch a DOOL underwear scene.

Probably because Ron is writing him as Leo 2.0. At least he doesn't have the baggage Leo does. If Javi is going to be written like Leo then we don't need Leo on the canvas.

And for me, if Javi is going to be written like Leo, we don't need him on the canvas either. I hate the way RC turns gay guys into annoying caricatures.

Javi is cute as hell, but seeing him immediately thrown into bed with Leo was a real turn off.

Yeah… has there been any word on Twitter or somewhere about whether or not there was a change/rewrite in the Fake Rafe and the Johnny/Joy storylines? Because it really seems like it. Again, what would be the point to all this if this is the way it was always supposed to be?

I kinda felt bad for Johnny today though. He had no one to talk to about everything with Chanel but Leo?? Times like this make you wish that Tripp, Joey, Will, or somebody else in Johnny’s age group were still on the canvas lol 

I enjoyed the Javi/Jada scene, despite their conversation. They seem to work well together. And Javi looked hot in his first scene 😂😂😂

Marlena and Belle was the best part of today. I’m glad we got some follow up about EJ and his reaction to Belle taking his job, but we needed more of it. That’s how you buildup a relationship/storyline. Marlena warning Belle to be careful was the right move. I hope she, and Shawn too continue to be a part of Belle’s storyline.
