It was, but I think a lot of people have wanted to kill Sami at different times especially her family members .  She was talking to Phillip and it was clear she was semi-joking so I was okay with it.

Before EJ situation, I was a little unclear as to why Belle/Sami disliked one another.  They were fine before the most recent returns.

Sami annoys me, but her ratting out Belle to Shawn just highlights how complicated Sami's ties to both are since, like Brady, she is related to both.

Belle, of course, being her half-sister. And Shawn (Douglas) is her first cousin since Bo and Roman are (half, but Bo is considered a full Brady) brothers.

Belle is also Brady's half-sister and Shawn is also Brady's first cousin, since Bo and Isabella were brother and sister.

Wasn't that her exit story, after she returned from being kidnapped by Lucas?

She came back, there was a brief rapprochement, then Belle and EJ banged to the boogie, Sami found out, told Shawn, and went back to wherever (Los Angeles?).  But apparently did not spend much time with Johnny, who IIRC came to town after she left, and hasn't talked to her once since then…

I hope Chanel grows a backbone before Sami returns.  I'd love her as the mother-in-law from hell.

Tate’s a dick

I liked him stepping up for Sophia but him immediately worrying about Holly and asking Sophia to keep the secret made me laugh. But I don’t mind him being a dick. He’s a teen. That’s how they’re supposed to be. But I also gotta say Leo Howard’s acting was a little off today. He definitely has some trouble injecting emotion into his performances when he has dramatic scenes. I wasn’t impressed lol. But I’m still interested in seeing what’s going to happen with Sophia. I still think they moved too fast with this storyline though. They really should’ve let the teens be teens for a while. And maybe it’s time to cast Sophia’s parents too.

I enjoyed the Maggie/Holly scene, despite their awkward conversation lol. I love that they’re continuing to build a relationship between the two of them

Brady and Ava were actually kinda nice too. I thought they had a pretty good rapport. But yeah, Brady’s pretty stupid for losing the ballet tickets and Kristen is just annoying for stealing them. She’s pathetic lol btw, paper tickets are still a thing?

And just like I said yesterday, poor Doug the III. There are so many people he could’ve confided in about why he stole the necklace and what kinda trouble he’s is, but of course it had to be Leo

One more time, guys: “This is why people get fired”

Yeah.

After she found out that Lucas was the one who kidnapped her, she ran off to go find EJ but found him in bed with Belle.

That was the last time we saw her.

Leo Howard acting is average at best. He should be freaking out about Sophia being pregnant. The original actor would've done a better job selling it.

Doug is dumb as dirt. Seeing and blabbering everything to Leo was just stupid.

I'm sure Julie would have given him the money to pay his debts.

Brady and Ava were corny cringe worthy bad.

Well Leo was revealed in Beyond Salem I as interacting with stolen gems.  I think he used the drag show in Phoenix as a way to contact people?  It's been so long since I've seen Beyond Salem I that I don't remember, and he was so annoying that I didn't care to remember much about him.

IDK why some people persist in asking this question, seemingly every day. There is just nothing in the way they are telling this story that would make me think he is not who he says he is. What is the deal? I don't get it.

I can't remember either. All I remember is that awful drag show. I'm not saying that drag itself is awful. I've seen some really beautiful remarkable drag. But that was not one of them.

    • I don't think they had any idea who he was this time last year. I think they were keeping their options very open. Same with totally dropping the Trina romance that was spoiled for him when FV clearly took a shine to him. I do think Gio and Emma seem to have worked out given that she is very dry and sarcastic and he is like a hot golden retriever, but I'd still play the field with both with very different people. Then maybe put them back together, who knows.

    • He definitely got lost in the shuffle last year. First, they were implying that he was Drew’s son, then he was nothing more than just Violet’s bff

And then they changed him to being Dante and Brook Lynn’s son, which was clunky at first but I’m enjoying the storyline now.
    • GM is adorable, charming and fun onscreen despite months of nothing to do until recently, and has a bodacious bod. I'm not cosigning the show or this story - I haven't watched a full episode in over a month - but I think we're all taking the small victories in 2025 at this point. I'm open to testing this theory!
    • I think Jason might've posted some numbers for the syndication a while ago and the numbers for Falcon Crest was horrible. Like 1.5 rating or something, which was terrible.    ETA: it was actually Paul Raven:   New to syndication 60 min Fall Guy 67 markets 3.1/8 Falcon Crest 110 markets 1.1/5 To get into the top 40, you needed a 4.6/9 rating for reference - and Falcon Crest managed to get into a lot of markets to begin with. In the fall of 1985 Dynasty, Dallas and Knots were syndicated (show / rating / share / coverage % / markets): Dallas 3.4 10 51.7 92 Dynasty 3.4 10 48.7 47  Knots Landing 3.3 10 12.5 20  So, Knots as an example trippled Falcon Crest's rating with 20 markets - I'm sure those were major ones but it just goes to show you how much Falcon Crest bombed in syndication.
    • It's not bad but the stories move too slow. It's the same problem when Dan O'Connor was CO-HW with Van Etten, they have a million stories and they all drag on endlessly with no resolution. I'd argue the majority of the stories airing now are good but you get sick of waiting months for something to happen.
    • Thanks. I must have missed that period entirely for Lifetime.
    • Thanks. I know Marland did that type of thing sometimes but it's less likely with these characters. I don't even remember Alex ever mentioning him.
