The fact that both of them are completely fine after losing a child is ridiculous.

This happens alot with Ron's storytelling. He covers emotional aftermath in an episode or two, and then it's onto the next plot. Just look at the Alex/Xander Kiriakis story.

I like the idea of Chanel or Johnny having conflict with one of them not wanting to have a child, while the other does. You could tell a story there where Chanel gets pregnant with Alex's child, but Alex is willing to let Johnny and Chanel raise his child as their own while he continues to live out his life as a manwhore.

Because until Clyde just showed up, there were no villains left in the story.

And because Connie IS crazy, in her mind she figured she could get away with killing anyone that did Li wrong.

Did Clyde really ever leave?  He's been consistently causing trouble all year.

Connie being crazy isn't really helpful to understand her sudden foray into murder.  She decided to kill Bobby/Everett to keep her secret and stabbed Rafe because Bobby wanted Jada.  Neither person actually 'wronged' Li.  Connie looks to be 35-40.  She managed to live her entire life under the radar aside from a few lies on a resume.  There should be at least some explanation of her complete mental breakdown.

Even Abe's crazy nurse got an explanation for her behavior.

It would be a much more organic way for Chanel to turn to Alex or somebody else, instead of this Body&Soul crap. It's so obviously forced.

And for Alex just to give up everything to Xander so easily, especially since they don't even like each other that much, is ridiculous as well. And out of character for Alex, imo.

If it were me, I would keep Alex working at Titan but have him secretly be undermining Xander and the company. He could be like spying for Dimera or something.

Like you mentioned earlier, she literally got away with murder for over a year but suddenly decided to become a serial killer to honor the man she killed? And why does Connie seemingly have super powers.

This Connie storyline had potential, just a smidge of potential, about how folks go unnoticed and slowly become unhinged, but it's spun into some nonsensical serial killer plot that doesn't make sense.

DAYS or "DIshin Days"?

Dishin Days

Last time I watched, Tony Moore referred to Body&Soul as a “gift”

Definitely don’t need to hear that every week 😂😂

One thing led to another...and it was mostly about keeping her "secret" which by now all of Salem knows. She was/is moving too fast. Her mental instability, coupled with frustration and fear of being found out made her go off the deep end. One could say she simply "snapped" under pressure as more & more Salemites realized her lies/cover up and what was happening.
