The people that are doing this are the same trolls that hate everyone, the same ones that can't differentiate between soap characters and actors... the same ones that attack actors when someone else is fired or leaves, the same ones that blame actors for storylines they don't like... You can recognize them by the lack of substance or evidence to anything they claim. They are best at innuendoes and insinuations. Sadly, every community has at least 1 of these toxic people. But the majority have common sense, Thank God!

The show released that pic approximately January 4, 2024 with the GH primetime special featuring the announcement of Burton's return.

The pic says so much.

Kelly M. seemed to be doing well in recent months with the Sam/Dante blended family.

The impending recasting of Lulu, with Lulu awakening from her coma, would put Dante back in storyline with Lulu.

Theoretically, Dante and Lulu *could* coparent without reuniting romantically, and theoretically Sam/Dante *could* remain a couple...
but instead they chose to kill off Sam?

Is #firefrank desrving all he gets -- absolutely.

Has he needed to be let go since 2014? --definitely.

For letting go of Sleepwalking for 13 years KeMo?

Did he let his friends overstay their welcomes? For way too long.

And though I as never a fan of Billy Miller's Jake Duh, I'm sorry that his demons led to his passing.  Lining up with a bunch of crazed "X" ers trying to keep an actress that put about 10% effort into her role for the last 16 years isn't the way to support her. Buy her a pass to the Playboy Museum or watch her 3 Baywatch episodes with her.

Side note;

Yes, some change.org petitions have prevailed.

It's not really much time or energy involved. I've been involved in several fan campaigns. Only two have prevailed. AW: Saving Donna Love. DAYS: Firing Albert Alarr. Other DAYS fans claim getting Dena Higley fired.

Specifically, the Beverlee McKinsey petition, well, I got this lovely email but they do not award Posthumous Emmys.
