I still don't know all these kids. Who is Wiley again?

Wiley is Willow & Michael's, also Nelle's, and Nina's GRANDSON, and she would appreciate it you would remember that he is that!!!

Kirsten pointed out that when she was pregnant with Bailey Lou, she was also with Peter at the time, she was pregnant for a whole year!

Thanks. That is very soap...for worse or worse.

Shows how much attention I pay to Michael and Willow up to this point.

Didn't Kelly T specifically ask to be killed off because she wasn't coming back?  Her own fault lol

Mhmm; this is why you don't ask that, haha.

At this point I suppose it wouldn't be a huge shock if they decided to "solve" the Jason harem situation by pairing him with Britt again, but that's probably another year or two off (if Burton is still there or if the show is still on).

As someone that read her exit interview recently...yep, pretty much.

Honestly, I seem unable to list the GH kids without leaving someone off! Most of the time I forget Bailey Lou. Often I have omitted the Millow family entirely.

One of the reasons Kelly T went to England when she left was because of a boyfriend there, so maybe that romance has soured. When she began to post that she was on her way to the West Coast, it looked very much like wanting to get back on the show.

I believe the Bailey story was yet another attempt to keep Wes Ramsey/Peter August, one of the least popular leads ever, on the show for another couple years.

Maxie shouldn't have two kids, let alone three. At least Georgie is an oops baby. But Kirsten is wearing the whole modern Maxie character sketch a bit better now as she seems much more refreshed and energized onscreen, the writing for her has improved by leaps and bounds since PM and co. arrived (and since quit), and now for the first time I can actually mostly buy that Maxie has grown into a capable businesswoman. I still don't buy her having three kids, but I rationalize it by noting how much time Mac, Felicia and yes, Spinelli still spend raising them in addition to Maxie finally doing a notable share herself.

There are way too many kids on the show, as I've said before, and as I've said before I'd def murder 2-3. No regrets!

More state-the-obvious-and-state-it-again dialogue aside, these scenes have a lovely sentiment. It's interesting to see a soap so clearly talk about a found family/chosen family aspect, especially Sam and Dante expressing this sentiment, given that both have spent years and years tied to people they never would have had any use for if they did not learn they were biologically related.

The show has always had this element, even if it wasn't as overt as other soaps, but as the years passed that chosen family aspect curdled into something chilling (like Sonny's influence over Michael's life). I'm glad to see the more positive aspects brought up over the years and again here through Mac and Maxie, even if it would have been all the better to reinforce that sentiment if Cody wasn't actually Mac's son and just became a part of their family, (still, the reveal scene was worth watching).

I don't know if you ever seen this scene between Maxie and Mac at Naxie's wedding but it was a beautiful well done thought out scene rooted in history, unconditional love and support. It was there father and daughter dance and they talked about him being her father and it didn't matter what she called him he was always there for her😭❤️This was before GH started acting like he was just some run of the mill step father and didn't raise her this year.

I blame the strike for that last year. But tbh Ron Carlivati toyed with it too early on in the 2010s, because he was clearly starstruck by the idea of reuniting Frisco and Felicia for the 50th anniversary. This fell on its face when Jack Wagner came back, clashed with FV/RC and phoned it in onscreen.

The comedy of KT trying to return as Britt! She wanted off and to be killed because she didn’t want to play just another character on the show, she wanted to be one of the leads. And Burton’s firing was the catalyst.
