MVJ has always been outspoken on social media so that doesn't surprise me. I'm glad she said something. I've often seen (myself included) where someone will mention "where is this character" or "why didn't X happen" and then the next episode or the next couple episodes the thing mention is addressed. I've learned to trust the process.

I also don't personally feel like the show has had a chance to reach it's full potential. I feel like so many of the reactions are as if this show has been on for years. No soap was perfect from day one. I want to at least see what it looks like 6 months in when they've had a chance to make changes and incorporate feedback. Hell, it might be longer than 6 months. They film 3 months in advance which means they're writing even further in advance but I do have faith they'll get it right in the long run.

We're seeing some growing pains but the show continues to show improvement.

I don't have an issue with her being outspoken. I encourage it to be honest. But at the same time, be careful what you say, though, cause you can burn bridges with the audience, and it's too early for that.

As a viewer, I want to see her win, and I chose to keep my concerns and issues with the show off social media until recently. I have spoken about my dislike of the treatment of Nicole on social media, and I hope they will fix it. I am sure there is a plan, but I am not accepting Nicole just being a bystander in her own story and given one moment in the final hour.

I like to have an idea what the plan is.  Do I need to know every story ahead of time, no but some info shouldn’t be kept a secret.

For example, if an actor is written out for vacation or another project and is already back on set and it isn’t a major surprise just tell us how long they won’t be on approx. we used to get this info in the  magazines more than 30 years when I was a kid. I don’t get why social media managers today don’t give us that info.

if people are complaining about lack of POV for Nicole announcing that we will see her in a big scene the following week isn’t unreasonable. they need to realize that many viewers don’t have patience and if it seems like a plot is going in circles in a way you don’t enjoy you are going to complain especially if you have no concept of when it may change.

This guy has many more interviews with the actors from the show on his IG. I am horrible at posting them, so I won't even try, lol. I think you guys should check them out, though. Especially the one with Mike Manning.

I thought Alan put together a nice interview. I was very engaged with the conversation. Brandon, let us know how he almost joined Y&R. Brandon got to show a bit more personality to me. I loved it.

Interview with Jason Vendryes (Kenny) where he briefly touches on his casting/first day on Beyond the Gates (the conversation begins around the 8:45 time mark).

The full interview it's the same one from his IG account that was done last week.

I get what he is saying-that 'the secret' has put up a wall b/w them, and they are not having much sex I guess, but this pretty much has been up to the audience to infer. If there was a scene where Smitty tried to initiate something and Martin blocked him that would have made it crystal for the audience.

Or did I miss that?
