When waiting for a new show to premiere, it's always stressful and then it airs and you typically just get one episode or maybe a few if it's streaming. When I find myself getting impatient for BTG, I remind myself that once it hits we're getting 5 episodes a week with no break!

The waiting sucks but once this is on the air we are going to be well fed! I cannot wait!

I couldn't have said it any better. I totally agree with what you are saying but my excitement for BTG is through the roof.

I haven’t watched CBS Sunday Morning in years but I will be planted at the tv for this segment

Knowing Dapnee, Karla and Tamara’s treatment by the genre in the past makes it even more poignant to see them leading BTG

Not going to lie, the close up of Karla Mosley as Clifton Davis is speaking, you can see that teary-eyed glimmer in her eye of just being grateful.

The way B&B fumbled the Avants should be a case study

In retrospect, happy they were fumbled, because now Karla has her starring role! And if she were still at B&B as Maya, I don't know if she'd be where she is right now. Everything happens for a reason.

I am praying - PRAYING - that Michele Val Jean will convince her good friend, Patrick Mulcahey, to join the writing staff, if she hasn't already.  Mulcahey is one white writer whom I trust to write for people of color with dignity.

Speak on it.

And so excited that BTG is getting some more promotion with that segment tomorrow.
