Nope it wasn't legal, they say he's "Mentally unstable" then mentally unstable people signing documents isn't legal

Not quite true, although it may be a fact on soaps.  IRL one would have to be declared incompetent by the courts in order to invalidate a custody agreement.  Insanity is a legal term, a clinical diagnosis does not always result in a ruling of insanity.

Bradley seriously has run out of ideas. Who in their right mind would give Thomas custody?

Hope may be dull as dirt but having Thomas get custody would be very dangerous.

Team Thomas, but getting full custody of Douglas is a LONG shot.  This simply comes down to what Douglas wants.  Poor kid, torn between his parents.

I think Douglas is going to choose, but it won't be who we think. I think Steffy and Finn will end up with temporary custody of him
