As quick as these storylines go nowadays, it is rather difficult to keep myself attuned to things. But indeed, I do appreciate the responses. 😀

Ugh. I don't get the appeal of him (Brandon Barash) At. All.  He came in as a sub to finish out the Stefan story because the other guy couldn't show up to work sober. He strikes up maybe a teeeeeny amount of chemistry with Camila Banus, and now we're stuck with him in the land of misfit characters that have no need to be on canvas.

I'm indifferent although his acting is cheesy. I don't know what will make this new role any different. I guess we'll find out and see VERY soon.

This would have been the perfect time to bring back Angelica and stir the pot. She has history with Justin, Victor, and was Jack's step mom for a while as well.  To bad they killed Angelica when Morgan Fairchild played her several years ago.  It would have been much better for Judith Chapman to come back as Angelica instead of a retconned Diana Colville(that is the character Morgan Fairchild could have played).

Alex is Justin's son with Anjelica Deveraux. He and Adrienne primarily raised Alex, though. (We've never really gotten clarity on how much contact he had with Anjelica over the years, which was a weird missing piece from when she showed up fixated on getting Justin back.) And yeah, he's being played by Robert Scott Wilson, who's about to exit as Ben.

I think only in the context of "We share a son." It was SUPER weird to bring her back (and have her fixated on Justin) without explaining much about her relationship with Alex or what their lives had been like. I know they cancelled a casting call for Alex around the time MF came in, so who knows what the plan was?
