I dunno. But, supposedly she was a fan of AW. Lotsa people traditionally were fans of both those NBC shows. Me being one of them. Here's an excerpt from Blog 9 Famous Fans about just Julia Roberts and just AW.

Alice Barrett (Frankie Frame) discovered that movie superstar Julia Roberts (Pretty Woman, My Best Friend's Wedding) is an "Another World" fan. Barrett filled in for Roberts during rehearsals for the series finale of "Murphy Brown," on which Roberts was a special guest star. When Roberts finally arrived on the set, Barrett was surprised to find that Roberts recognized her as Frankie Frame. After giving Barrett a hug, Roberts admitted that she was thrown for a loop the day Frankie was killed off.

Janel is Johnny/Chanel.  But Johnny/Chanel have not reunited. DevilAllie locked Johnny in the crypt and I think he's still there.  DevilAllie quit the bakery but she didn't leave town.

Nancy takes off her wedding" is a typo. It's supposed to say "Nancy takes off her wedding ring".

There's another error in her summary.
(in a section you didn't quote).  She says "Thanks to being injected by Anna, Sarah reverts to her childhood." That's not what happened. Anna injected Sarah with the correct amount of the antidote.  But Sarah reverted to childhood because Gwen injected Sarah with more toxin.

Is that really Sarah's only purpose on this show?  To walk around Salem and have people inject her with [!@#$%^&*]?

I totally wish Sarah was faking her insanity and that she has an ulterior motive or two up her sleeve where Gwen is concerned.

I won't lie, I cracked up at Craig and Leo ogling Xander's body. One of the more realistic things to happen on this show lately.

Clyde and Nancy, really? What a downgrade for her.

Jennifer finding out she's attending Leo's gay wedding just makes me think of the drama with Missy and GR back in the Chick-fil-A days.

    •   I liked the effect of the curtains closing. Yeah it was like the end of Act I.   Or maybe they are simply trying to emphasize the drama of the end of an episode -- instead of a random abrupt end that has happened in some prior episodes.
    • I posted this in the behind the scenes thread but I know this thread is busier so wanted to mention it here as well. During their instagram live yesterday, Daphnee Duplaix and Trisha Mann-Grant mentioned that they will find out this month if the show is renewed for another season. Just a heads up so we can keep an eye out for an announcement and keep our fingers crossed for a multi-year renewal!
    • They haven't explained the ownership of the Bistro, but Doug told Holly the other day he didn't get the job there. Basically Roman just hired Doug on the spot and gave him a room.  It was really nice of Roman.  I don't know if he knows who Doug is or that he stole Julie's necklace.  That was unclear-at least to me.
    • I'm not sure how I felt about it, but I do kind of like that it felt like the show telling us this concludes the first chapter of the series. Could be interesting if they only do it for big aftermath episodes. The biggest mistake with Martin is that it's almost hard to buy his anger because we've gotten no strong scenes with him and his parents. They've all been with Anita/Vernon. I can't even remember him ever even saying one word to Nicole, even in passing.
    •   Thank you! Agreed on both posts. And the comments about Mike Manning are nonsense.
    • I haven't watched yet, but did they explain the current ownership of The Bistro?  Because when RonC was writing, wasn't he applying for work with Sophia?
    • I think Brandon has gotten better in normal day to day scenes, but he’s very over the top when the character is meant to be angry or agitated. I did laugh when she started yelling at Leslie and then when he started to throw all those damn books, lol. He needs an acting coach to work out some of these kinks.
    • I've never found him as bad as some. I think he's always shined in scenes with Vernon, who should be his father. I also think he has great chemistry with Kat and Dani which I hope they tap into more over time. Dani/Martin feel like such a fun and believable Auntie/Nephew relationship.
    • I'm fighting for my life on another board for my husband Brandon and I'll do it here too lmao
