I'm all for the Katie/Quinn rivalry.

Right...

I don't know about Carter and Katie romance-wise, but the story *could* have potential if for no other reason this is not going to sit well with Quinn or Bill.

I've wanted Heather with Carter for YEARS. They have such good chemistry as friends so I knew if they went further it would be something special. I hope they go for it. His scenes yesterday with her were EXCELLENT. Heather Tom is truly a miracle worker because he definitely stepped it up in a way you have to in order to work with her.

It would be interesting to get Heather Tom's perspective on this, knowing that the last time she portrayed a character that was in a high-profile interracial relationship on a soap, she and the other actor (Kristoff St. John) suffered a tremendous amount of blowback.

Ugh. TPTB messed up that relationship, which could've been so friggin' RICH in story.
