So we can deduce from that that AMC aired in Eastern and Central, but got the special report in Mountain & Pacific. One of the NBC Special Reports is listed as HR Clinton. So looking up 4/22/94 and Hilary Clinton on Google, that shows CSPAN listing a Whitewater investigation at 3:45PM Eastern, so that was the special report reason.
