Alley Mills was off contract before and, considering she started off as guest with 10 episodes scheduled, she lasted very long - without much story and her pivotal on-screen sister.  Maybe she wil appear as much as before on recurring status.

 

I just don't get why they just would not let Pam & Charlie marry and write them off with a happily ever after!?

I have nothing against AM, but Pam served no real purpose after Stephanie was gone. It could’ve been legit if Pam moved in with Ridge or Steffy and served more as a surrogate mom/granny than just hanging out at the office. It weird because in recent years if was hard to remember she was part of the family.

Not sad about this at all. He was a poor man's epilca of "Zende" - when the actor was much sexier and had a classic soap vibe to him.

 

This of course also means that the Avants are gone for good - even though they were in the previews for October - and never appeared... Maya should have gotten a proper exit!!!

Why was she still on contract?

How can they even do that, include them in the fall previews but then nada?  Was something written or filmed and ended up cut? They'll probably pop up for Thanksgiving dinner.
