JER had Marlena pregnant in what, 2005? Tabitha on Passions was thousands of years old ... age is irrelevant on a soap  and many women in their 40s and 50s+ can get pregnant ... just saying ... lol

It was a *big deal* when Josh and Reva had both Marah (just watch the episode where they bring her home, or maybe that was Shayne? Anywho ..) and Shayne. It was a *big deal* when Marlena was pregnant with her twins or with Belle. It was a *big deal* when Hope and Bo had Shawn-Douglas and even Ciara. I could go on ...

 

So many random kids (and then they often choose the wrong ones if they need to kill one off for shock value)

Considering Eric and Brady look like they're in their 40s and Sarah is their contemporary, she in all reality should be in her 50s at this point. The ages are ALL MESSED UP, lol!!!

She was aged to 16 in 1989 when played by that actress who played Sam's bestie on who's the boss  and was 18 when she went to Nashville in 1991

So by that she was born in 1973 and should be 45/46 yo

Age on this show means nothing. Mike Horton was in his 30s for two decades and when he was dating Robyn and had Jeremy, Carrie was a tween. She ended up as an almost-contemporary love interest.

 

So Sarah de-aging? Meh.

I like Linsey but they could have gitten someone more age approriate for Sarah Like Alicia Minshew or Sarah Michelle Gellar. Bunch of acttesses in their 40s would have fit Sarah well but they cast someone who was 30 at the time

wow. What a mess. I say go full-on and just have a zombie apocalypse break out because of Dr. Rolf's serum or something. Do something that will legit turn heads and get peeps to tune-in. A time jump is dumb, because it gives whatever fans that were invested in what they've  got going on a license to divest. Incredibly stupid, imo.
