Same. She was not looking healthy a few years ago. She also feels a little more checked in now than she had been for a while. But I guess pairings with blocks of wood can do that to you.

If someone's healthy they can be any weight they want to be, as long as they're happy (and healthy). No one needs to be a size 0. You battle with your weight as I believe you said? So why shame others? You know very well folks could have medical conditions that cause weight gain. Let's not go down this rabbit hole again ... but you're certainly entitled to your opinion

I guess it’s fine if she’s going to be on GH in a role I don’t care about, but I wouldn’t want her to look like that as Belle.

Even with Claire off screen she is still 18-21 and KS is too young to play her Mom

Even if they brought KS  back after Claire leaves, it wont work. Belle still has a 18-21 yo daughter and KS looks too young to play Mom to Claire even if shes off screen

Not so. People wouldn’t think about that with Claire off the canvas.

 

Anyway, KS isn’t coming back, but fortunately Martha Dumptruck isn’t coming back for anything more than a couple of episodes a year. 

I love Martha. She's very very supportive of DAYS. It's a shame they don't have her on contract when she badly wants to be there. Kirsten hasn't been Belle in 15 years. She's moved on and so has the show.

If you like her, you like her, but she ruined one of my favorite characters. I don’t think anyone understands how I feel. I’ve listed several recasts who ruined faves of mine. It sucks to love a character and then have that love go away when a shitty new actress takes over the role.

 

It has happened with Billie, Belle, Abby, Eve, and most recently my beloved Susan. It gets to me, and it sucks. When you’re invested in a character for years and then a recast comes in, it just hurts.
