 I saw this on her Instagram the other day. She's so cute when she over does it with the pumpkin seeds.

I've followed her for a while now and she plates the prettiest healthy breakfasts and lunches that look so refreshing. They keep with my perpetual Perricone diet and I've certainly borrowed a few new ideas from her.

What I wouldn't give to have Mrs. Huber make me my perfect cuppa joe in the morning.

Susan eats??!!

I was thinking it was going to be a lettuce leaf and half a cracker!

Seriously, a cute video. All very healthy it appears. I wonder if for a woman her age and weight if there would be something else she should add? Only asking because I see those columns where people list a days food intake and experts have suggestions even for what appears to be a super healthy diet.

I love you, Susie, but I could never subsist on that kind of lunch, lol.

That food looked delicious. I would have needed a sprinkle of salt over that avocado, though, even if the turkey was probably salty. But she likely needs to watch sodium intake.

Helmut wasn’t miked properly. I could barely hear him.
