It's funny were promised "hey look we're writing for some other characters now!" yet Liam still is in a dominating #2 position along with Hope and Steffy to round out the top three. Not to mention now Hope is throwing a hissy fit about Sally. 

 

Xander and Emma are already very pale replacements for Zende and Nicole. At least Bill's airtime has been reduced for now.

If the trend continuous Jacqueline MacInnes Mood will end up with 224 episodes this year. When is the last time that has happened? (on any soap opera for that matter).

II think the leads on PASSIONS always had those kind of numbers. And Steve Burton in the 2000s on GH...

 

As for B&B: KKL had 225 episodes in 2008 after 214 in 2007. Basically she had more than 200 episodes a year from 2003 to 2014. After that year the focus shifted, but also no actor/actress had more than 200 episodes a year.

Wow 234 episodes is insane. Especially on a 40-minute soap opera. What a workload for that actor.

 

So this could be the first time in 6 years somebody is going over the 200 episodes.

I need to go back and double check my data for 2007, that was the year Passions was canceled off NBC and moved to DirecTV and they aired less episodes so I went by percentage that year - Hartley appeared in 228 of 236.  Alicia Minshew actually appeared in the most episodes that year with 233.
