The outfit and hair give me Melanie vibes for some reason. Did they raid Melanie's wardrobe?  I think they're dressing her a bit "matronly" if you will.

It was pre-empted here so I missed it.

Yeah, I remember that, & they were originally believed to be Marlena/Tony's. I just don't understand the *why*. Why Roman and Kate?

Because they were one of  Dena Higley's pet couples and she wanted them to share children.

Dena didn’t write that. James Reilly did. They learn they were Roman & Kate kids at Caroline’s “wake”.

No, Rex and Cassie found out they were Roman and Kate's children months earlier, when Dena Higley was head writer. Mimi and Sami also knew. Everyone else in Salem found out at Caroline's wake when Reilly wrote. He killed Cassie off because she was related to all the young male characters.

Linsey said in an interview she auditioned at the show, but didn't know for what part, and was up against Ashley Jones, and Alicia Leigh Willis and Adrienne Frantz

Meh on the return of Sarah and this actress but if they were going to bring on someone, cast her as Theresa who has much more story to tell with the existing cast.  Sarah should be about 50 to 60 years old by now.

50 or 60? How about some basic mathematics. She was born in 1981. Plus, lamenting about the correct ages of characters on a soap opera these days is destined for disappointment every single time.

Elizabeth Hendrickson auditioned for it too. When DAYS chose Godfrey instead, she was free to get cast on GH.

it's smart that they chose Lindsey. Endless potential + no baggage, like all the others. It would have been a hot-ass MESS if they went w/ any of the other actresses, tbh. But I feel like all those other actresses will be on the canvas in like a year playing dif characters anyway...

Yes. It was definitely Higley.

50 or 60? LMAO. They're trolling for a reaction.
