Laura Covelli studied acting at the Actor’s Center in NYC, where she had the immense privilege of training with Jane Nichols. She’s had the pleasure of learning from great clown masters, Lucas Caleb Rooney & David Bridel. In LA, summer of 2014, she created a “Mariachi style” clown version of The Comedy Of Errors for Shakespeare Santa Monica, which she co-directed with David Anis. Laura became a member of Not Man Apart Physical Theatre Ensemble in 2013, and a member of the LA Women’s Shakespeare Company. She has many film and television credits as a perfomer and a writer: Cheap Thrills, Teenage Cocktail, Rock Story, The Legends of Nethiah, and HBO’s Luck.
