Lately I've been thinking, how much I want to wake up... and be in a world without wars... In a world that has peace. That's my biggest dream. This world has taken enough... we all need peace... I want people to stop suffering... people to return to their countries... and be happy again. I'm literally tearing up at the thought what's happened to our world in these past few years. And I hope... and pray... that one day... I'll wake up and there will be no wars anywhere.

 

The moment you are born, you have one person to take care of - yourself. That's the most important person in your life. So yes, eat the healthiest food possible, exercise, go on your doctor's appointments to make sure you are healthy... take care of your mental health... and surround yourself ONLY with love, respect and joy. ONLY. TAKE care of the only person who is never going to go away even for a second - yourself.

I know it's a cliche... but I'm taking my work break... to remind myself and anyone who is reading what's the most important thing... Nobody else can make us happy, if we can't make ourselves happy.

I agree 100 percent.  Toxic energy... I cut... at the second I feel it. I don't give second chances or forgive anyone or anything in my life, because no one is more important to me than ME.  You either respect me or you don't. Period. I've been so emotionally abused my whole life, that I don't have even 1 second left to spare. For example, both my parents are currently blocked, since none respect my boundaries. In the past I used to tolerate this and just... smile through the pain. Now, I just disassociate and forget they even exist. It's that simple. And I don't give explanations why I do it - I just do it. Someone who doesn't respect me, doesn't deserve explanations in return. Silence is an answer. One of the clearest and most direct ones. 

That moment you try-out a new television series, and it isn't what you expected it to be... but can't be arsed to change it. 🤣

It's below 0 outside... and I've been out... close to 2 hours (a lot of walking with the dog and shopping)... and now I have extremely dry eyes... one of them is even blood shot. Ugh... I guess I should not go out in the cold so much!
