I don't understand why they are styling Amelia Heinle as one of Nancy Barrett's sexually repressed characters on Dark Shadows.

A Katherine Hepburn-inspired looked would be far more appealing, especially with the messy hair. Hey, if the character is not going to be interesting, at least the look can be.

Who's idea was it to focus the show on Amelia Heinle? Does Mal love her and we're in for more of the same? Was it Sally?

 

I get Victoria should be front and center leading storyline, but this is awful. And not with boring lifeless Amelia Heinle in the role. Heather Tom, sure, give me her Victoria front and center every day chewing people up and spitting them out. Not this doormat version.

It's a shame seeing Gina Tognoni used as a secondary character. Fingers crossed when the new material starts up Phyllis will be given a spark again or at least a purpose.

I can't. They were making the right move when they were going to recast Victoria with Gina Tognoni at time.

 

They need to go through with it but cast somebody else since GT was put as Phyllis.

 

Victoria is 1 character in desperate need to be recast, they have a part that could be played to the max with the right actress in place.
