LOL. I was waiting for the slaps to start flying. I don't like them fighting over the Pudged One, but it was entertaining and they both got some good, valid points in. Snarly is back in full force.

It's gotta say something about the awful writing in the Guza years that I think Sam looks pathetic and desperate in her desire (same for Carly) to have Jason remember. I mean, I should be rooting for her and wanting her to get her man but I don't give two shits what-so-ever. Zzzzz and Snarly look ridiculous running around town ranting about Jason.

Can you imagine when we're stuck with Miller and Benard mugging it up for the camera? Oh I just cannot wait. It was already bad enough with Sonny yesterday when the music swelled and Carly looked on lovingly as Ava stood off to the side and made to look like the evil villain. Sigh.

I LOL'd as Alexis jumped around in joy over Helena's death. I just wish I could believe this one sticks. I don't. Unless Constance Towers is done making appearances.

Agreed, I was shocked that the writers didn't have Carly come out as the unanimous victor, as it's always that way when it's Sam vs. Liz, with Sam as the winner. It bothers me so much that Liz's history gets drugged up constantly when no one talks smack about Carly or Sam's so I was thrilled for Liz to have a voice and POV today and call Snarly on her ratchet past.

I liked it when Liz said Carly loved Jason more than any of the guys she was actually having sex with at any given time. At least that shows the new writers have some idea about these characters.  Also, that was Liz really showing her hand, which was fun.

    • Another great episode.  GH has been pretty good this year, loading up the chamber, because now there's many bullets to fire, and another one was fired today when Nina found out Michael is the father of Sasha's baby.  I hope this secret comes out at the hearing.  I've also liked the slow burn with Gio/Emma. There's just so many things to look forward to on this show now.  GH is finally back to being really good.
    • I'm all for it. Get them Nina!

    • I am blown away that Christie Clark is 51, and she debuted 39 years ago. They gave her a lovely script today.  But, I could not think of any other examples in culture of someone able to jump right back into the skin of a character, after virtually retiring from acting years ago. I was trying to recall if Carrie left for a bit with Anna after Roman died (because she wasn't at Bo & Hope's wedding), and then returned as a pre-teen Christie?  Or if she was just SORASed off-screen?  But, whenever I see the character I am reminded how much more trauma she's endured than Sami, and yet she remains such a nice person.
    • Weirdly I feel like Nina was the most sus about the entire situation.  Normally I would have given this one to Carly, but Nina was always kind of trying to make it make sense. I think Nina (and Alexis) are actually really smart characters.  They just constantly get in their own way with dumb plans lol.
    • Rewatching some of 1991 I had to appreciate what a strong week March 5-12 1991 was. Cassandra dies, Nina shoots David, Sheila switces the babies, and drunk Nikki all occurring simultaneously. 1991 and 92 were pretty strong overall.
    • Still loving all the Gio fallout, but the scenes that really surprised me this episode were the ones with Nina and Maxie. I was not expecting Nina to be the one to put together all the pieces about Sasha's baby daddy. This custody hearing is about to get explosive!
    • I really hope after the secret comes out their interactions don't stop
    • BAHAHA  I needed that laugh today. Talk about one note.  I would put Derek and Ashley a notch above Dani. Dani's scenes are basically rinse, lather, and repeat for 60 episodes and counting.  It's as if she was transported from the soap opera Passions onto this soap.  MVJ should put aside her friendship/admiration for Karla and look at the fact that this character isn't wroking as written.
    • Agreed.  It doesn't feel in character at all.
    • You could always tell whenever Douglas Marland enjoyed writing for a particular actor, because he'd pull out all the stops for them; and Julianne Moore was no exception.
