people said that about the last Thomas

He was dumped and bitter, so a comment like that was understandable. They havent rewritten their history. IMO, they've downplayed it. It took the show weeks after he came back before they even acknowledged that they dated. It was never even brought up when Caroline got into Ridge.

Theres history there and it would have made sense. Rick and Caroline both want kids but their respective partners cant give that to them. A one time hookup resulting in a pregnancy isnt something thats been done with them and it would have been good character driven drama for both couples. Having this story with Thomas doesnt quite have the same punch, especially since there hasnt been proper buildup of him back in Caroline's orbit

This whole Ivy/Steffy/video story is so boring. Why did they think it was a good idea to show us what happened, only to then run a story where Steffy is suspected of murder? Any kind of suspense and mystery is eradicated when we know the truth. It's so stupid, and a really poor writing choice. It's such a non-story. It's so sad to think Aly was killed off for this rubbish.

Just like that the Muuuuuurrdddaaaa plotline is over? I guess Im okay with that since it was awful. I wonder if Ivy has the video saved on her HDD or email bc it seems ripe for a leak

You Caroline is really trifling to accept Ridge's marriage proposal knowing she just had sex with his son. She owes Ridge the truth before she said yes. I forgot to mention but why the hell did she even take Pam's pills home? Big WTF?!? She should have put those in Pam's desk, called her about her medication or put it in her own office till she could see Pam the next day to give them to her. She had no business taking them home with her and then taking someone else's medication

Brooke is so irrelevant its not even funny

FF through everything Caroline/Ridge. Just yuk. At least Brooke/Thomas are entertaining commiserating. I've always liked that connection between the characters - in a parent/child setting. At least Wyatt was written like a man for a change. Obviously this quick wrap (like Brooke's booze) was dictated by viewer feedback. Even though the character didn't quite fit, it's shame that AP was sacrificed for nothing. I mean, if you're going to keep a resident imbalanced character, better Aly, than Pam. BTW - since Pam has noticed that her pills were missing, I'm guessing she isn't taking them. Perhaps, she can go off deep-end next and take Charlie and, hopefully, Zende with her.

    • I'm all for it. Get them Nina!
    • I am blown away that Christie Clark is 51, and she debuted 39 years ago. They gave her a lovely script today.  But, I could not think of any other examples in culture of someone able to jump right back into the skin of a character, after virtually retiring from acting years ago. I was trying to recall if Carrie left for a bit with Anna after Roman died (because she wasn't at Bo & Hope's wedding), and then returned as a pre-teen Christie?  Or if she was just SORASed off-screen?  But, whenever I see the character I am reminded how much more trauma she's endured than Sami, and yet she remains such a nice person.
    • Weirdly I feel like Nina was the most sus about the entire situation.  Normally I would have given this one to Carly, but Nina was always kind of trying to make it make sense. I think Nina (and Alexis) are actually really smart characters.  They just constantly get in their own way with dumb plans lol.
    • Rewatching some of 1991 I had to appreciate what a strong week March 5-12 1991 was. Cassandra dies, Nina shoots David, Sheila switces the babies, and drunk Nikki all occurring simultaneously. 1991 and 92 were pretty strong overall.
    • Still loving all the Gio fallout, but the scenes that really surprised me this episode were the ones with Nina and Maxie. I was not expecting Nina to be the one to put together all the pieces about Sasha's baby daddy. This custody hearing is about to get explosive!
    • I really hope after the secret comes out their interactions don't stop
    • BAHAHA  I needed that laugh today. Talk about one note.  I would put Derek and Ashley a notch above Dani. Dani's scenes are basically rinse, lather, and repeat for 60 episodes and counting.  It's as if she was transported from the soap opera Passions onto this soap.  MVJ should put aside her friendship/admiration for Karla and look at the fact that this character isn't wroking as written.
    • Agreed.  It doesn't feel in character at all.
    • You could always tell whenever Douglas Marland enjoyed writing for a particular actor, because he'd pull out all the stops for them; and Julianne Moore was no exception.
    • I'm sorry, but I just can't get past the fact that it was Lois, of all people, who deceived so many people.  No matter how hard Rena Sofer tries to justify Lois' actions - and boy, does she work hard! - it just isn't something Lois would've done.
