You are absolutely correct, but I genuinely loathe that woman so much that I can't ever see myself high fiving anything related to her.  But there's no reason others should not congratulate her if they wish

MS is real nasty online just like RC was….so I can see why Chit feels that way….she was real nasty to me as well a while back.
