I just checked out PopTV's twitter feed and it's full of people complaining that they can't watch it for various reasons--mostly, that their cable/satellite operators don't carry it. Others who ask whether it'll streamed.

PopTV's response? "Bummer."

    Sadly no PopTV for me, so I'll just follow along this thread. Truth be told, I tuned out the last three editions.
