REBECCA BUDIG JOINS GH!

By SOD • Posted: Feb 10, 2015

budig.jpgGH has tapped Rebecca Budig (ex-Greenlee, AMC) for a new “spitfire” role and is set to begin taping the last week of February. "I’ve always loved GH and I love Frank [Valentini, executive producer], so it’s really exciting to get to go over there and play," Budig tells Digestexclusively. Valentini broke the news on Twitter, teasing, “Hey @RebeccaBudig wanna join the cast of GH in a new Killer Role??” Her reply? "@valentinifrank @carlivatiron What???!!! Only if Billy Miller will do my hair. Like Elizabeth Taylor's. Wait. He's not on twitter. YES!” For more with Budig, check out an upcoming issue of Soap Opera Digest.

LMAO! You are the first person I thought of.

I shouldn't care but the thought of Budig + Cartini makes my teeth itch. It's my soap version of Dante's Inferno.

She is one of the worst, most soulless soap actors ever. She'll fit in well on GH.

She's very "hard" if that makes sense. I hated the "talking through gritted teeth" thing she did ALL THE TIME ugh. Only time I liked her as an actress was with Josh Duhamel
