I talk a lot of [!@#$%^&*] about B&B (and rightly so, it's ridiculous), but B&B is immortal.

It does stick to certain ancient, tried and true soap principles and play them over and over (and over and over and over and over and over) again regardless of good or bad scripts, with a certain bare emotional honesty. And more importantly, it has that European money, knows its overseas audience's broader tastes and can do whatever it wants. Like, uh, this. Which is crazy.
