They could also say Nina is Karen and that Madeline and whoever else gave her plastic surgery to look like Nina after the real Nina died in her coma. With Ron on board, it could go either way.

All I can say is if Ron feels like bringing Karen back, he will. It doesn't matter that her death was mentioned on GH. It wouldn't matter if we saw her die on screen and we (mostly) all know it.

RC retcons the stuff he's written on a regular basis (Lulu always could have children? Musical chair paternity results?). Dont pretend that he's above rewriting what someone else has written as we see that as well frequently (Ryan Hope crossover for example and any number of back from the dead characters from before he joined GH). Karen's death being mentioned a few times over the years means NOTHING.
