GH: May 2014 Discussion Thread

Casey Kasem is a LEGENDARY radio DJ. He had a show counting down the top 40 hits of American music called American Top 40 for years. He was also the voice of Shaggy on Scooby Doo.

He retired for good in 2009, and now he's disappeared, and his wife, who his kids don't trust (she's their stepmother) won't say where he is.

Ah okay. Thanks! I obviously didn't grow up with him on the radio and I've never seen Scooby Doo so I was like who?

And that's no good about him disappearing. Hopefully he's found soon.

When did GH get so CORNY (rhetorical)?

How tasteful to end on that "sweet" note then go right into a preview with a line about [!@#$%^&*] in an airplane lavatory.

His wife? Is it still that really tall platinum chick?

I just really want to know how GH supposedly has no money but has money to license Pink, Depeche Mode, Cabaret, and AC/DC (not mention a billion new cast members).

Jason Thompson has given up completely and I find it hilarious.

Yet didn't he sign a new contract? He should have left with Robin.

Jean, yeah. Remember when she was a bit of a "thing" in the eighties, Cheers and then The Tortellis.

That's what I'm saying! There goes the budget for 2014. Goodbye Genie Francis, craft service (a.k.a. one stale bagel) and air conditioning!
