Well, their short sightedness and stupidity is now coming home to roost. Daytime is on it's downward spiral, and headed toward that vast wasteland and reruns and infomercials that I think will be 100% of daytime TV in 10 years. You may have a few cheap syndies, and maybe a few game shows, and that will be it. Why these network are foolish enough to cancel soaps with a built in audience, instead of hedging their bets and cutting them back to 30 minutes is beyond me.

    I wonder if the Boomer retirement wave that is really kicking into high gear will save daytime. Millions more people are going to be at home during the day.
