I started cackling when Leslie Miller opened the special More episode by announcing with a straight face that "I'm getting my drink on" this week. This bitch does not give a [!@#$%^&*]! I am so scared of you, Leslie Miller. Scared, mildly appalled, and very appreciative nonetheless. She's the boss's wife and can't nobody make her go anywhere. If she wants the leading ladies of AMC to turn up at her house as she drinks a tankard of wine on camera, that's what's gonna happen. Say what you will but she is not the safe, boring host.

In all seriousness, though, they need to do these kind of special episodes more often, with the ladies from the show just sitting around drankin' and shooting the [!@#$%^&*] (sadly, Cady and Debbi Morgan are not here). It's the kind of exchange we never see in the sanitized soap press, at least not without a huge buffer.

My goodness, what a LONG, pointless 27 minutes. I really hope there's no more More next season and we get at least three AMC/OLTL episodes a week!

I enjoyed it, but I'd rather have 3 episodes a week and no MORE.

Agreed. The MORE could be a web only exclusive available for a limited time on Hulu and then viewable only on TOLN.com.

Agreed I thought that was by far the best MORE ep and hope they use this model more in S2. I really kind of enjoyed it.

Me too but I just don't think its as easy as can MORE, add an extra ep. I think a MORE ep and a show ep are apples and oranges in terms of costs and production efforts.

I never watch the MORE but I checked out this one. I loved it. This format is definitely a winner.

It works MUCH better--and obviously would cost far less. Gather some of the cast on one of the sets after a day of filming, bring out the box wine, film. done.

I've watched all the More episodes but this one and the lake-side interview with Matthew Cowles were the only ones I truly enjoyed.

Thank goodness Eden was there though or else it seems like there would have been a lot of awkward silence.

Lindsay was barely addressed by Leslie and she looked uncomfortable

Yeah, I wanted to hear more from Lindsay too but I think she held her own well enough. I loved what she said about love scenes.

I think that was because Eden was the only one who was sober.

More isn't bad and I doubt it costs that much to make. If they stick to actor interviews and previews, it works fine. It isn't like not making More would make a difference in how much money or time they have to make more AMCs anyway..

Like this format. Probably not sustainable for the long haul, but they should do this once in a while.
