She supported and encouraged her fans bashing and attacking of Wright via these same tactics - favoriting them, RTs, etc - and hole she would compliment GH it was usually followed up with a plea for them to reunite Todd & Blair". Bingo! When you can post "did they show Todd and Carly today" and a fans says yes, and she tweets "Phew, glad I missed that" and then follow it up with how wonderful she thinks Todd and Carly are is pathetically transparent! When KDP began this never ending tirade, her fans went straight for LW as she knew they would, but she continues? She's disgusting!

She did this for quite awhile, she Rted the comparison photo of LWs haircut to one of her own, she would ask if tarly was on GH today and then tweet something along the lines of happy she missed it, etc...

Where did i say it was an outrageous tirade or a campaign of terror. Dont try to embellish things and make them sound deluded to fit your agenda. My quotes or on the previous page, you wanna use them against me, go for it. but at least be accurate in doing so.

I do think she used her fans and encouraged their bashing of LW and was very anti-Todd/Carly and it made her look bitter and pathetic. Im not arguing if it was or wasnt, but your trying to make me out to be some crazed liar when other people have also expressed a similar view point and given examples. You want to dismiss it and excuse it, thats fine, but it happened and your trying to say it didnt. Sadly im not surprised, after all there is only room for one perspective on SON and if you dont agree with Vee you can go, youve made that clear as youve run off other posters. Its quite sad.

No sh!t, but come on. This is ABC. They're the ones waging this war, they're the ones that wanted Howarth, Alderson, and Easton (in his 3rd ABC soap). I don't believe for one second that any of this is Frank or Ron's doing, especially Frank's. How insulting. The man worked his ass off on OLTL for years and is pretty much the ONLY EP in soaps this decade that worked their way from the bottom to the top, staying on the same soap throughout. Clearly he supports OLTL and I'm sure he's thrilled his friends have their jobs back and feels awkward that he is no unable to go over and join them. It's just the kind of man he strikes me as.

I even posted about Couric's suckage at the end of the post. Either you're not as smart as I thought you were or I haven't earned the respect of you as a poster over the years. I dont think the blame is 100% on PP or GH/ABC - I think they both made a mess of this and continue to do so. I do think that PP is... well, acting like bullies and trying to force the actors onto their web production and off GH or face unemployment, but they pay for the rites so they can do it - even tho their initial screw up allowed the characters to gh. GH should have known this could happen though and had a plan set in place.

My point is that it is Ron/Frank that wanted John, Starr and Todd over on GH. THEY are the ones that went and brought them over to keep a piece of OLTL alive. I doubt ABCD cared at all last year and wasn't itching to have the characters continue on as clearly evidenced by cancelling the show. If anything they'd have just the 3 actors over in new roles but it was RC/FV that wanted the OLTL history which they have been using for the past several years. The three characters seemed more like a consolation prize for RC/FV bc their show was dropped right from under them.

PP is not wrong in this. They own the characters, FRon knew this and Starr, Todd, and McBain never belonged on GH in the first place.

Knowing that PP owned the rights to the OLTL characters, ABC and its legal department should have informed FV/RC that it would not be prudent to use them on GH. Rather if they had to have the actors, they should have been brought on as different characters from the start. If FV/RC could not deal with this, then their Todd/John/Starr love should have been brought to a screeching halt.

As for these three OLTL actors themselves, they are far more fortunate than most of their colleagues from cancelled soap operas. They have employment prospects. PP does not pay as much, but it is a pay check until the situation with ABC is resolved.

I'm so sorry. I didn't mean to be sensitive. My point is that Ron/Frank are very loyal to OLTL and were supposed to go over to the Prospect Park version of the show. It wasn't until the deal fell apart that they went over to GH. Naturally, Frank would want to keep a piece of OLTL alive. At that point, it was dead. So he tried to weave in some characters from OLTL to bring those fans to GH and basically make the angry fans happy. I think it was actually done with the best of intentions and clearly to please the ABCDaytime audience, which, of all the networks, have the most loyalty to the shows on that network.

Now that Prospect Park has come back into the picture, the whole thing is a mess and it's pretty clear that ABC is who's fighting dirty, not Frank & Ron. Your post implies that Frank & Ron are the villains here, which I don't believe to be the case.

I apologize for making any kind of personal attack. Maybe I am a little sensitive lately, but I'm no spazz and I certainly didn't go below the belt with you. But your comment was snarky, twitter-ish, and it isn't the first time you've done it to me this week or this month. It was also misinformation and an attempt to make it look as though I don't know what I'm talking about, when I obviously am a veteran soap fan and have quite the handle on the situation. I don't wish to mince words or start a war with you, but I do speak my mind and always have on this board. Hence why I joined in 2003 and started posting.

Not sure why we need to battle each other when this is a discussion. That bugs the chit out of me!

Chick, we are beyond the point to where PP owns the characters. It's at what do the 3 individuals want to do? Go to PP, take a paycut, perhaps relocate or pay their own expenses to commute all for the sake of uncertainty? Then you option number 2 - stability and nice pay for the forseeable future. Door# 2! Either way, PP would have to recast. Is ABC wrong? Not sure anymore as they are providing jobs to 3 people who want them. PP is wasting money and energy that I don't believe they have. Time to focus on OLTL 2.0 as a whole and forget about these 3. The actors/performers are the draw for them, and if they don't have the 3, why recast?

Juniorz, this is a discussion board, and I care. Twitter is not toxic, but some of the people are. Why would I care if someone uses social media to sabotage their own life? There is good to be had there as well. Some things are going to be brought over that interest some while others won't care. I say those that don't care can hit the back button!

Ann, I agree. Something tells me something bigger has gone on here and we won't know about it for a long time. The 3 are not worth this, but they are being used as pawns. What do I care as long as I get LW and Roger together

VH, girl you really are enjoying this, aren't you? As long as you are aware that KDP is only sabotaging herself. She's making it so that no one will accept her in any pairing. If I were any future male co-star, how do I approach an onscreen relationship when I know this woman would rather be anywhere but in a scene with me? It ruins the fantasy for the audience when they know that at least one person hates doing what they are doing and makes it difficult for Mrs. DePaiva to have a job in this industry, especially at 52 years old! She needs to move forward and try to make it work with whomever she's paired with. Leave TnB in the past and sell the hell out of Blair and whomever! That's my advice to her.
