As a professional writer, I want to assure you that journalists do proofread their own work. What you're seeing are likely errors that were made when the article was put on the Hispanic Business site. Note that the article originally appeared in The Palm Beach Post. You can clearly see from the snippet posted on that newspaper's Web site that the article does not contain the formatting errors seen in the Hispanic Business version.

That's a kinda messy interview--at first I was sure I had read it before, because it had many of the same comments and questions of the previous one with them--but I realized I hadn't. They could do with editing out some of the "umms" and "ahhs" lol, and the interviewer keeps saying this is the last question and then asking for more--but I appreciated reading it.

I guess maybe this implies that

I hadn't seen it yet, either, so I'm just as ignorant as you are!

I found it interesting at the end that she verified the writers have been reworking stories during the break. It makes me wonder how much of the stuff SOD has been revealing in their synopses will turn out not to happen after all.

I'll be surprised if they reworked the Billy Clyde and Celia stories very much - those seem to be Agnes's babies.

I was pleased to hear they planned to shoot around her. The last thing Lea needs is a pregnancy, and the last thing PP needs is some sort of Hunter Tylo nightmare.

Since the Fairman podcast starts at 7, I'm going to start the Debbi/Darnell prayer circle around 6:45. Bring your hymnals.

On a separate topic, Hulu seems to be stepping up the ads for these shows. I got PP ads during every one of the commercial breaks when I was watching The Daily Show this morning.

    • My husband made me watch and endure this thing... and I was disgusted by how awful nearly everything sounded. Most of the songs are not B-level Madonna songs. The more melodic ones... were all so boring. I liked the winning song. That was the top for me.
    • My heart aches for him. This is sooo sad. I wish him nothing but recovery! When I saw the news I got a lump in my throat.
    • To me... it hasn't even really evolved into the interesting part. Wait till Nola gets out of control.

    • Love my girl!  Thank you for posting these!    P.S I've lost interest in this show once again. 1, because I don't have time, 2, because I can't tolerate Bradley Bell's version of sickness and dying. He should S-T-O-P telling these stories. It's like watching Eric's storyline once again - so boring. Liam should have been bitten by a snake and died instantly. If you don't have the dept and the sensitivity to tell these stories correctly... please stick to mid 60s Brooke in a thong and Daphne Rose spraying perfume in slow motion, Bradley.  Stick to your strengths and let the serious drama go.
    • How cute Bo was back then!
    • Exactly. Eva made a horrible first impression. Kat was and is completely justified. Her instincts proved right.
    • Who is Ken Howard? I think you mean Howard Keel.
    • Hehe. Wrong thread.

Overall, I would agree. However, it has been interesting while I'm waiting for something to happen to see her experimenting with finding characters' individual styles. I feel she's slowly getting it. But yes, it has been hit and miss.    Like when she tries to give a particular style to one person and think it will work for someone else. Like she's lightened up Nick's style which was...different. Almost like she was listening to JM's own style, but keeping it within Nick's bandwagon. Then she tried a similar style on Billy and it just didn't work.
    • It's been pretty well-known since that that BBG was offered a similar deal as Ken Howard (ie 4-6 episodes) and she told them to fudge off. With Jane Wyman, I don't doubt they were willing not to hold her to her contract, but in those early episodes where she appears, she's written sitting down or in a bed for a reason. Her health genuinely seemed in decline.
    • Agree, but I am talking more about the initial casting. Melissa might have only lasted a season if Ana Alicia hadn't impressed.
