I think the last episodes showed that Ryan and Greenlee only came together because they each understand how the other felt (i.e losing the great love of your life). Leo/Greenlee's scenes together were wonderful and I was hoping that he was really alive.. while Ryan/Gillian had a very brief scene.. I still think that the flashbacks and the pain he felt over her departure were right on the mark.

If only the show had portrayed Ryan and Greenlee in this light as opposed to this destined star crossed love thing.. then I think audiences would have embraced the relationship better.. imho

lol....it was a hot minute and by AMC time, was 10 years ago. I wouldn't expect to see them close when they are both in town. If they reconnect, great, but I wont think much of it if they dont

I wish they'd used the original endings for AMC - I could have sworn I heard they scrapped not only footage of Leo alive and well, but also Gillian. Send Ryan and Greenlee off to their original loves and end it there.

Would only have worked if AMC picked up right off the bat back in time, but sadly much of that cast moved on.

Yes, that's what I'm saying. Using those endings in the final week would've meant no need for further explanation on Ryan and Greenlee. They left to be with their true loves.
