I believe David was merely renting Wildwind and did not own it. I think Wildwind was eventually sold to Palmer off-screen and then he left it to Caleb in his will.

I hope they bring back Phoebes mansion (Did that have a name?)!! God I wish they would rebuild Pheobe's family.

I wonder if Rosemarry Prinz would return to AMC as Amy?? Since she was on the first 6 months of the show a 6 month contract for her again would be nice and symbolic though she doesn't have the power she had in the 60's and 70's but it would pay homage to the shows history.
