HOLIDAY MIRACLE: Prospect Park Back On Track To Revive AMC and OLTL

  • Member

WTF!!!!!

EXCLUSIVE: Here is a great holiday gift for soap fans: I’ve learned that Prospect Park has revived its plan to continue cancelled ABC daytime dramas All My Children and One Life To Live online. I hear the company behind USA hit Royal Pains has inked deals with SAG-AFTRA and DGA for the soaps’ production, eyed to begin in the first quarter of 2013.

Seeing that picture of the back of Darren's head made me think that he'd be an interesting addition to Destiny's upcoming drama.

More like, "PP broke my photo editor to delay the news."

With the half hour format, I really don't think there's room for all of the families, sadly. I hope they flesh out the Hubbards, and bring back Frankie (in the form of Cornelius Smith) and one of their daughters. Maybe even bring back Nancy Grant or Pat Baxter to be matriarch, although I have a feeling they see Angie as the matriarch of the family now. Whatever they do there, I think the Hubbards need to be established as the core, Martin-esque family. They'll probably flesh out the Castillos as well. I think their mother was mentioned near the end of the run. I love the idea of Opal as the new Myrtle and maybe running the boarding house. That makes total sense. Plus, she's a magnet for any Cortlandts, Martins, or Chandlers that might want to return or pop in from time or time.

I'd love to know what happened between him and PP to cause such an early and unexpected dismissal.

They can rename the show Loving wink.png or The City!

Better yet, let Angie and Jesse open a bar, and then rename the show HUBBARD'S HOPE.

Yes!

Errol, that's not the story they were waiting for anxiously. Tsk.

I blame his illness.

I realize that his resume didn't exactly scream "Qualified!", but I can't help but feel sorry for the guy. He seemed nice.
