WTF!!!!!

EXCLUSIVE: Here is a great holiday gift for soap fans: I’ve learned that Prospect Park has revived its plan to continue cancelled ABC daytime dramas All My Children and One Life To Live online. I hear the company behind USA hit Royal Pains has inked deals with SAG-AFTRA and DGA for the soaps’ production, eyed to begin in the first quarter of 2013.

I wonder if the plan was always to sign Dorian up, or if they approached her after fans requested her to be on the show? Even so, I can't wait to hear when Vicki signs up because Vicki/Dorian are one of the many foundations for this show

Llanview in the Afternoon: An Oral History of 'One Life to Live' I got the feeling that they have their cast pretty well set, but I didn't press for details. I do know of at least one signing that should be made public soon.

Bob Woods was/is at least semi-retired. He was willing to appear on the new show in at least a recurring capacity, as was HBS. They were into it. But that was then.

I'd rather some Bo than none at all

I really don't care if BW returns. The show doesn't need Bo to be honest

That might actually be an improvement for Destiny or any/all of the Ford brothers.

I think the show needs vets to balance things out. Nobody is going to tune in for characters like the Ford brothers

HBS' signing was never made "official" cause it happened right around when the deal fell through. I remember she had that interview with EW about it and revealed she'd reached a deal to continue her role. I don't ever remember reading RSW was going to continue though.

Actually HBS had signed with PP the first time but she had a clause that it wouldnt be announced until all the unions etc were signed and that didnt happen

RSW hadnt reached a deal when ABC stopped Prod so They filmed a scene where Bo goes to get the car for Destiny but is stopped by someone and they take bo away. RSW said it was gonna be someone who knew Bo & it wasnt a kidnapping but this person needed Bo's help
