I'm going to try to watch today's show later but hearing that Heather is going to be on there is fast forward time. She should have gone months ago.

That was a very sweet tribute. And oh my goodness at Heather's sing-songy, "I know something the Quartermaines don't know!"x17

Apparently she was in Young Frankenstein (I think).

I'm sure she was good in it, but when people use that to point out her talent, I just wish she showed any talent on GH.

Her strength is actually more as a dancer--she was in the dance musical Contact, as well as a dance lead in the revival of Bells are Ringing. She WAS the replcement Inga (a lead) in Young Frankenstein and friends said she was better than the original and had great stage presence, but that is an extremely broad, caricature of a role (much like Connie, actually). It is funny that GH people seem in awe that she was on Broadway, when you consider how many soap actors--albeit more from the now dead East Coast soaps, had had major Broadway roles. I mean even looking at younger cast members, Finn Witrock and Bobby Seggert who both were kinda wasted on AMC now are hugely praised Broadway stars who get critical raves--and were, to an extent even when they did AMC.

I'm surprised Ron was expecting anything other than the above, considering how the majority of the folks on this message board are determined to sh!t on him no matter what (and, yes, I said this board because the folks on TWoP - with all their faults - have never come across as relentlessly miserly as the former). As much as I find his constant calling out of these hypocrites amusing, he'd do well to weed out the tiresome tantrums and pay attention to the valid criticism if he (and Frank) are serious of making GH's twilight years consistently enjoyable.
I actually kinda agree with you, even though I think RC's criticisms are more justified than you do, in general. But really-- He seems to be increasingly seeing this as some sort of "I'll stick out my tongue at these mean bullies," situation which does nobody any favours. If you're going to tweet, as a professional in his situation, you should have a thick skin and either address the negative things you hear (and not in a "Well you're a jerk" way) or ignore them. People KNOW that forums and the twitterverse, justified and not, are filled with negativity, so either just try to learn how to look past that and see what constructive criticism there is there, or ignore it.And while personal attacks are one thing, nobody on a forum should feel like they shouldn't be able to say anything negative because they might hurt the author's feelings.

The episode made me sad but boy were those some random flashbacks towards the end...The end with Edward and Lila did have me tearing up.
