Exactly, people never want to give Passions credit for it's groundbreaking and trailblazing storylines.tongue.png

And yes Vincent counts as gay, he was a man during their love scenes. And to be honest, they never really explained the whole Valerie and Vincent thing wacko.png

Okay, this is kinda mind-boggling. They credited GH with Michael Delaney, credited ATWT with Zarf...

I honestly don't understand how mistakes like this happen. The writer obviously had to do some research to write this piece, how do you muff stuff up like that?

They also never brought of Fancy's rape again once it was revealed Vincent/Valrie was the peeping tom as well.

Valerie used to be these driven black professional who was one of the few black workers at Crane until JER did too much acid and decided to turn her into Vincent during the final two years.

If that ain't a cautionary tale for all you recreational drug users out there....

JUST. SAY. NO.

Maybe I'm remembering wrong, but didn't "The City" have a transgendered character 10 years before "All My Children" did?

ETA: Luke Snyder not among the most popular gay characters?? That oversight alone invalidates this entire timeline!

No offense, anyone, but the name, "Azure C.," should have been the tip-off right there. If "Azure" doesn't scream drag queen or tranny....

In hindsight, Bernardo totally reminds me of one of those guys on Ricki Lake who was curiously all right with the fact that his girlfriend had a dick. ph34r.png

As opposed to one of those guests on "Sally Jessy Raphael," who swears up-and-down that he had NO idea.

Someone must have been doing poppers when they made those graphs.....JOKING! (I'm gay, btw).

I think AMC has had the most gay characters overall.

I think AMC has had the most gay characters overall.

Does that include the ones who were gay and didn't know it? ;)
