He is not Noah, because the character is pathetically undefined and is only ever brought in to look down upon Sharon.

Maybe this wouldn't happen if Schmidt's ass/agent wasn't so hesitant about signing a contract. Since he started, he's never been on contract.

He sounds really arrogant about it too. You'd think he was Eric Braeden or something...

Drew Garrett will be newNoah. Mark my words.

In July 2010, rumors began circulating that Garrett would appear on The Young & The Restless as a recast Noah Newman. These rumors began after the character's most recent portrayer Kevin Schmidt left the role. These rumors were later revealed to be false.So it could happen now with JFP on board.

Well, Jill was at GH when he was fired, so I don't know how likely that scenario is...

Chad was their first choice, and when he became unavailable, they went with door #2, Drew. Once Chad freed himself from a Disney project (I believe), they let Drew go. So it was nothing against Drew. They just always wanted Chad for the role of Michael.

It also had to do with Drew always arriving to work late (that's the rumor though).
