Todd had pushed him during a fight (Marty was there, too--I think Todd tried to rape her at the Tabernacle of Joy and Suede found them and tried to save her), and Suede accidentally fell on a wrench and died. It was an "accident" but even then I was wondering how Todd was getting forgiven for incident after incident after incident... He fell in slow-mo and I was surprised that he actually died. I am way behind but I don't think we can call it sticking until the series is done and she for sure hasn't come back (the one thing it has going for it being included on the list is Renee Jones plan to completely retire from acting).
