This kind of just proves me point...This thread was designed as a place for us to get AWAY from the arguing, OLTL discussion, etc. But the nastiness has just moved into this thread...

Oh you know I hate all of them just as much as the rest! And I would love to discuss how much we don't like them...What I'm sick of is the "this is an OLTL invasion" vs. "This is NOT an INVASION!!!" argument.

and again that hasnt even been brought up and discussed. No one's been going on about that in the last day or so and its not whats spurred this "what is this thread about" stuff

Unfortunately, that's dangerous as hell. What do the kids do in case of a fire? Where my sister lives, three kids burned to death in a house fire. Their bodies were in front of the door that had a lock they couldn't open. Fire departments have asked parents not to lock their kids in because it's a terrible idea.

I was going to ask that. What are kids supposed to do when there is a fire or carbon monoxide? Putting those kind of lock in the door just seems stupid as f*** to me and like you said dangerous.

Whatever this thread was created for, I doubt discussing the same goddamn topic of "Liz is a horrible parent for not having 35 manual locks, 15 computerized locks and two armed guards -- one of which that skanky whore Liz probably fked" from monopolizing the discussion. Just knock it the hell off! As a person who's been posting in GH threads since 2006, I am EXHAUSTED coming into the GH (whatever) thread and seeing the same two LIZ topics discussed over and over and over! We're either skewering Liz for SOS06, or we're skewering Liz for Jake's death. ENOUGH!

Again, whatever this thread was created for, I doubt it was created for conversation about Liz and her evildoing from YEARS PAST! Keep it current! If Liz is doing something NOW that you hate, you have my blessing, as a Liz fan, to bash the hell out of her (except, expect rebuttal from me, as a Liz fan). But even as a Liz fan, I'm so tired of the conversation going back to this bitch's stories of yore!

Haha, IA. The endless Liz debates over past actions does get old. She was only brought up by someone who used her story to compare directly with Sam's current story and its portryal and that opened up this can of worms. I thought we were all discussing Sam and her current dead baby plot but it ended up being swallowed by Liz and the driver

Exactly what nastiness? Speaking ill of a fictional character or referring to other posters as ignorant?

Let's just be real for a second here. Some are a bit sensitive when their fave is on the hotseat but have no problem relentlessly ridiculing/bashing Laura Wright, Kelly Sullivan, Kelly Monaco, etc. So I have to find it suspect when all of a sudden we have a problem here. GMAFB! We wouldn't need an alternate thread if some of you weren't so damn mean and condescending to others. I don't agree with 98.567433% of the things VH have written, but I have not disrespected that poster yet, and I can't imagine I ever will. I'll be so glad when some of you just get the hell over yourselves. I really would!

And every time I see a post referring to Luke as a murderer, I will respond accordingly. Consider yourself warned, and if you don't like it, create another damn thread!
