I was looking at another site which is talking about DAYS supposedly bringing back Blake Berris, and they mentioned that the SOD issue this is in also says Jason Cook is out as Matt. Anyone heard about this?

If it's true it's not much of a surprise, as they made him Lisa's killer, Patrick is now a bit player thanks to our saviors Frank and Ron, and the character has little to do. I guess this means a "Spixie" reunion, one of the most infantile, degrading, codependent and boring relationships ever on soaps.

Apparently there's an indication he might go back to DAYS.

I think Patrick will be gone sooner rather than later. He's not RC/FV's type (he can act), and his airtime is nonexistent.

Like I said before, they have to cull the supporting cast to pay for new OLTL characters so it not surprising that they got rid of Matt.

And yet the worst actors and characters go nowhere. Not that Matt or Jason Cook are a big loss, but seeing dross like Spinelli or Comedy Connie or Leatherface continue to be employed is just a bust.

Sour grapes is when you said something bad about the place you were out of bitterness. Cook is just trying to save face here.

He's been talking about most of these projects for a while now, especially the one with Arianne Zucker and Bradford Anderson. At least he won't be unemployed. I wouldn't mind seeing him back at DAYS either.
