Based on the lineup I knew not to expect anything - how bad was it? More Hope Hymen talk?

I thought it was nice. Short but sweet. At least CBS is doing some promo for this show.

Considering they're way up over last year in the ratings (sad that being up 0.3 is "way up" nowadays) , I'm not entirely surprised at the promo. Good to see CBS actually trying with this show.

I was disappointed not to see MacInnes Wood, but Katherine Kelly Lang made up for it. She really had a glow, and she and John McCook were so cute. JMcC was a lot more funny IRL and I wish we could see that side of him when he plays Eric. You know who else came across well? Texas Battle. He was gorgeous. A few acting lessons and B&B could utilize him as the show's young, womanizing rogue. Jacob Young also got mega cheers. Now there's somebody B&B needs to utilize to his full potential.

Mmm yes, the ladies were swooning for Texas (so was I, heehee). It was a ho-hum execution of a celebration, but not totally terrible. Just a little empty. At least we know one of the hostesses actually watches the show.

You would have thought Marcus was BB's equivalent of Shemar Moore's Malcolm by watching that segment. TB must have felt ecstatic to get more airtime and attention on The Tak that he has on the show all year
