I love Kate, and I hope they continue to build the dynamic of the Will/Kate relationship. Let's face it, Kate has been a more active participant in Will's life than Marlena. Kate's attitudes toward homosexuality I think it a more accurate portrayal of the more progressive members of society, rather than Marlena's which is a scientific sensibility, a very sterile form of compassion.

I do hope they play-up some of the conservative hesitancy a traditional Irish Catholic family would have to Will's revelation about his sexuality. I can see Roman being the perfect person to play that role. Roman, especially under Northop, came off as the protector of the family. He was the the real head-of-household whereas Grandpa Shawn was more the charismatic leader. I would love to see Will struggle to build a relationship with he grandfather, in spite of his religious beliefs.

Now if only this could be the catalyst for Bill Horton to return...

I would love to see Caroline and Rafe be the dissaproving ones considering their Catholic upbringing. The tension between Rafe and Sami because of Will's sexuality would have been better drama than affairs.

That would make some sense, considering the bizarre choice to have Will act like Rafe is his father (and yet have zero reaction to Rafe cheating with Carrie, which made Will's character look like a big hypocrite).

God I love Grandma Kate. These scenes just prove how criminal it's been that Kate hasn't been used in the story. Loved her line about being in the fashion industry.

Thanks for the encouragement. (Though from what I've read on other blogs, Sonny has only been shown a handful of times during his tenure. I hope that changes if they're going full speed ahead with Will/Sonny.)

WOW! Did not expect to see Kate just come oue and confirm that she knows Will is gay. I thought they were going to stay subtle with it for a while. I like that they actually went there though.

I was never a big fan of Stefano's obsession with art, so I'm disappointed we're back to that.

I did like Kate taking a peek at those pictures. I wonder if she thinks Stefano is back obsessing over Marlena.

Billie is back with the ISA and might move in the Dimera mansion and work behind Kate's back? I like that development.

She went nuts overnight, for plot purposes. Kate Mansi went around in interviews saying it was all because of Jack being an absentee father, but the show never bothered to show this onscreen.

I wonder how many characters would be more interesting if they hadn't been give overnight personality changes and random feelings for their love interests. I have no idea what Rafe feels and I doubt GG does either.

I didn't give a damn about Carrie before Sami was sainted. I sat through their 2006 rivalry going "So what!" So I definitely don't give a damn now. Carrie and Austin can go back to wherever they came from.

I love Rafe & Nicole's relationship, I really hope they become good friends & it sticks even if he gets back together with Sami.
