A lot of red in these last few episodes. I know it's supposed to be Valentine's Day but damn 😂😂😂
I thought Marlena was used a lot better today than she was on Wednesday. Both with Xander and Sarah at the beginning and later on with Maggie and Julie, even though there was still some iciness in those scenes lol. Admittedly, I don't think it was as bad as it was at the Book Club but it was still there. But I'm glad that Marlena was able to discuss with someone how she's been feeling lately, and that Days drew a parallel between all three of them having to deal with the fact that people that they've been living with are all finally moving out on their own. Regardless of everything, it's always nice to see the three of them lean on each other.
Xander and Sarah were kinda sweet too. I liked their trip down memory lane and I'm looking forward to seeing how they find their way back to each other. But I really, really wish that they weren't pairing Xander with Gwen in the mean time. I did like them as a couple when they first got together, but now, the ship has sailed. I'd rather Xander be temporarily paired with anyone else but Gwen.
And, Brady got an actual apartment set! It's a redressed Hernandez kitchen, but at least it's something lol except for that ugly shade of green 😂
I'm glad that Tate called Brady out on how stupid he's being about Kristen. Too bad that he rolled over so easily though. Now, would be the perfect time for Tate to get his (recast) mother to come back to Salem. There's still a lot of story that can be told for Theresa, in general. A lot more than there is for Kristen.
And while I'm not a fan of Sophia drugging Holly, I did kind of like the scenes of Holly freaking out on the sorority girls after they mentioned how hot Tate was lol the lead sorority girl was a little cliche though. But I'm glad that Tate was able to comfort her. And he did look cute in his "Kiss the Cook" apron 😊😂😂
