Hopefully its a 2 minute scene which reveals the end of OLTL was a dream and he has a phone call with Starr as he checks in on her and Hope

According to soap central Van Hughes will bring Cole from Llanview to GH's Port Charles for a few shows to usher in Starr (Kristin Alderson)

It never made any sense to me that he faked his death and then went to live in LA with Starr as she pursued a high profile career. I think they should just say he decided to leave with them again. I know RC likes to make most of his stories pointless but having Cole sent back to jail would be such a huge anticlimax.

Maybe they should try to get Susan Haskell on as a regular, and Cole and Marty move to Port Charles.

I think at one point in the last 15 years Susan (and a Cole) could actually have done well on GH with Marty as a doctor at GH.

I think marty could fill the type of role Lesley used to fill. Her relationship with Cole is similar to Lesley's old relationship with Laura.

I think Van will appear as much as they need him to. I think the only reason it's for a few shows right now is because he's doing a Broadway play. That said, it would be pretty easy to say he goes to jail. I just don't know how plausible it will be if Cole is with Starr as he leaves her in Port Charles for whatever reason. I'm gonna assume he'll be raising Hope offscreen.

Is this the recast Cole? I liked him a lot. I never saw that actor before but he really made me see him as Cole after just a scene and I would happily take him on any soap.
