That window crap was another of RC's attempts to rewrite history in order to remind people that Tea and Tea/Todd were always supreme. No wonder the ratings fell.

Any Tea/Blair conflict is about how pathetic Blair is. It's pointless.

Actually the ratings went up the week Téa accidently pushed Blair out the window.

OLTL's big ratings drop off was between 2005 and 2006, and then between 2007 and 2008. FL can't be scapegoated for either of those ratings drops.

I wouldn't even say that with Tina it's about doing the wrong things for the right reasons (that's more Blair.) With Tina, it's usually about petty greed. She's very easily bedazzled by her own gluttony and schemes to have whatever it is she's salivating over. To get it, in the meantime, she joins forces with peoples whose motivations are more sinister than her own, and from there it escalates into a gigantic mess. However, she usually doesn't mean to cause as much trouble as she ultimately does, and midway through tries - in her own way - to set things right, but by then it's too late. That's what irritates Viki so much about her. Her sh*t could have been avoided. It's understandable that Todd would go off the deep end after catching his daughter in bed with a boy, and steamroll over anybody in his way while he fumed. Hell, in a sick and twisted way, it's even understandable that Todd would jump at the chance to have a clean slate with his amnesiac rape victim so much that he'd feed her a bunch of lies about who he was. It's not understandable why Tina had to have the Crowned Jewels.

This Irene stuff is happening WAY too fast. We just saw her a few episodes ago. This is something that should be built up over weeks leading up to the actual reunion between she, Viki and her sons. That cliffhanger felt so anticlimatic bc there hasnt been any build up to it,

Viki had a foreshadowing scene with Jess a couple weeks ago where she grew visibly upset about her estrangement from Tina. She said that both she and Tina had made such mistakes and that she would give a lot to have that relationship back. I think she realizes her mistake in terms of giving Frodd a free pass and letting Tina walk, and I'm sure it will be dealt with when AE returns.

Why would info about Todd's birth be in the same diary as Tina's birth? Tina is at least 15 years older than him! She wrote 15 years worth of entries in that thing?

To be fair to RC, Malone originally set up the diary to be all of Irene's life with Victor including Tina. And I believe Tina is 12 years older than Todd.

Why did David still have the diary? I dont know who had it least in the 90s but it seemsodd that it would be him after all these years

KA is as lousy a singer as KDP. I hate singing on soaps and this Baz recording story sucks. He could be a unique Marko like character but he's written just like another of Starr's ho hum worshippers. She's got too many already and really she's NOT all that.

This sucks....truly sucks...first Reid now this....[!@#$%^&*]!

2) Viki's closer to Todd than she is to her own children, because there are painful memories attached to Kevin, Joey and even Jessica. She loves Kevin, but also almost lost him forever after Cathy Craig had abducted him. Although most mothers would become more attached to their once-abducted children who have since been returned, I think Viki was afraid thereafter to be TOO close to Kevin out of fear what might happen to her should she have lost him again. (It also doesn't help any for Kevin to possess the qualities from his own biological father that often drove a wedge between Viki and Joe.)

Moreover, though she loves Joey because he reminds her of Joe's kinder, more passionate qualities, he's also a reminder of what was probably the most difficult part of Viki's life - i.e., her pregnancy with him as Joe slowly succumbed to cancer. In my mind, there's a part of Viki that never really stopped grieving for Joe, even after marriage to Clint and everything else; and seeing Joey just makes her wish Joe were still around to see their children growing up and living their own lives.

Finally, she WAS close to Jessica, once, but now there's a wall between them, thanks to the mistakes made during the whole Jessica/Natalie baby-switch, as well as the fact that Viki was, in one sense, responsible for the creation of Tess and Jess' other personalities. No matter how much the two have attempted to reconcile since then, that's a fact in their history that never goes away and is always - ALWAYS - brought up whenever Tess re-emerges.

And of course, there's also Megan, who WAS taken from Viki, twice; and Natalie, who's known her for a relatively short period of time. However, if any of her children have or might've had a fighting chance to build the kind of lasting bonds with Viki that she needed, it would have been Megan and Natalie.

ITA on Joey being the living symbol of Joe Riley's best qualities and how Viki has always favored him over Kevin. But I attribute that to Kevin being more Buke than Riley. Kevin in many ways was Asa's true grandson.

The whole Jessica rewrite still bothers me as it wrecked Viki and Jessie's close relationship.

As for Todd's bond with Viki, she's more a surrogate mom, the person he wants and needs unconditional love from the most since Irene and Bitsy never gave him that type of love.

Viki's bond with Todd is far more twisted. She constantly looks for the good in Todd because she flinches from idea Victor's blood is tainted. It's also the bond of two abuse survivors who know no one else can ever understand the depth of their insecurities and demons. Viki wants to SAVE Todd because it's part of saving herself.

Cut it out with that "Frood" sh*t before I start referring to the other one as "DumboTodd" (or how about just Tumbo?)

Actually TSJ pulled back from Blair reminding her he was happily married so he's in the clear. That kiss was totally on Blair, who is like Kassie admits a HO.

Téa has slept with 2 men in 18 years and she hasn't so much as kissed anyone else but Todd for nearly 3 years now. Some skank RME!
