Ugh, I didn't really like David's comment to Dixie... sounds like he's bitter for her not loving him and always fighting him. I hope he's over her romantically.

Looks like Liza is on to Jesse and his secret? Btw, I guess they dropped the Cara/Jake finding out about Jesse's secret. They were in total investigative mode in the beginning, and then suddenly dropped that.

Really love all the characters on today - someone gets at least one storyline they love. No airhogs.

Even though David is still in love with Dixie, I still think him having her is part of his whole life's work of using stem cells to save people.

If I remember correctly, Cara dropped her suspicions for Jake, who basically told her to leave Jesse & Angie alone. I wonder if she'll play a part in this story again in the future.

ITA about the great balance of characters and storylines.

when did he move past her? As long as she was on the show, he was all about her. He loved her so much so, that it drove him crazy that he couldnt have her. The last time she was in town, he was frustrated that she rejected him. He didnt simply stop loving her and move on with his life. He kept insinuating himself within it, using the search for Kate to put a crimp in her reunion with Tad bc he was hurt and didnt want to see her move on with him. I can see him "saving" her life and setting himself up to be her hero, so that she can see him in a different light. He left town JUST before she ate her pancakes. Its not too much of a stretch that he took her in his time off the show. The timing of their exits works perfectly for this set up

So LB seems to be retconning it as to David still loving Dixie, UGH. That was a pairing that nearly ruined him as a character, heck ruined both character's.
